  • Nazi, fascistic or white supremacist symbols, ideas, themes or references​​
  • Diapers
  • Inflation
  • ​Multiple heads on one character
  • Fetishes such as scat or watersports
  • Overly specific/complex requests and scenery

Terms of Service

If you are new to commissioning artwork, feel free to tell me this and ask any relevant questions. I'm happy to take the time to go over anything you're unsure about with you.

Turnaround time and communication
  1. The commission will be completed within a timeframe specified by the artist. This is typically within 2 - 6 weeks of full payment being received.
  2. Correspondence will either be through email, Furaffinity note, Telegram or Discord. Please let me know if you have a preference.

Edits and updates
  1. You will typically receive 1 - 2 WIPs/previews as I work on your commission. I can give more previews by request.
  2. Your commission may be revised within 4 weeks of being completed. If this happens, you will receive the edited version as well as the original version. You're free to use whichever you prefer.
  3. Please look over any previews carefully and make edit requests as soon as you notice something you'd like changed. I can do small edits free of charge, but significant edits may incur a fee.

Payment
  1. Payment is in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and taken via Paypal Invoice, or NZ Bank Deposit. 
  2. Payment plans are not accepted at this time.
  3. No work will begin until payment is received.
  4. Payment is for the service of drawing, thus refunds are not available due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.

Reference material
  1. References should be in a clear, easy to understand format.
  2. Visual references are best, however if you only have a description I can work with this.
  3. Please include details such as character height or species if this isn't clearly visible on your reference.
  4. Where possible, please send reference images without shading. Flat colour is best.

Artist's rights
  1. I may sell prints or other merchandise of the artwork only with the client's consent.
  2. I may upload the artwork anywhere I see fit (exceptions can be made for anonymous commissions).
  3. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. 

Client's rights
  1. Attribution - you must give appropriate credit when distributing your artwork online, eg. by stating "Art by Jagzcat," or providing a link to my gallery or website. On Furaffinity, you can link me by typing any of the following: @Jagzcat  :iconjagzcat: :jagzcaticon:
  2. Non-Commerical: The client will not use the artwork for commercial purposes without express permission of the artist. This includes but is not limited to logos, Youtube thumbnails, book covers, advertising or merchandise.
  3. No Derivatives: The client will not edit, transform or modify the artwork in any way. 

Misc
  1. The client will not use my artwork in ways which endorse, or could reasonably be interpreted as endorsing fascism, Nazism, bigotry or white supremacy.
  2. No physical goods will be shipped, the delivery of your artwork will be online.
